I specialize in counseling for mental health concerns and addictions, for adolescents and adults. With training in mental health, alcohol, drug, gambling, eating disorders, or sex addiction, I believe I can help overcome these issues.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, in conjunction with other Psychotherapies.
I like to get to the root of the problem in order for the client to begin to heal and move forward.
I also treat clients with trauma, PTSD, abuse, depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, Bi-Polar, mood disorders, both gender-specific issues, relationship issues, eating disorders, shoplifting, the reunifications process and co-parenting classes.
I work with Dr. Scott DePue, who prescribes Suboxone maintenance for opioid-addicted clients. Dr. DePue can also prescribe psych meds if needed.
I use high quality, valid and reliable tests such as the PAI and MMPI in order to ensure accurate and proper testing for undiagnosed mental health conditions.
I am passionate about helping my clients and continuously research updated treatment options and information that I can share with my clients.
